One important thing that I see over and over is the pleasure that these headphones have during long traveling excursions. In the first example that is provided, we can see that the user named "Redherring" commented that he used the Bose 700 Noise Cancelling Headphones for his long 16 hour flight. He commented that they worked great and that they were extremely comfortable. Another reviewer named Bob, commented that the headphones did not pair well with his computer and after many hours of troubleshooting, problems still existed. This led to him being frustrated. One last thing that people are saying is that it is really durable. One reviewer "Fresyn06" commented that the sound has great quality and the user experience is easy and simple.

Despite the challenges, Bose has succeeded in establishing itself as a trusted brand known for its sound quality and technological advancements, but continues to strive for ongoing success in engaging customers and meeting evolving market demands.
Bose is a customer focused organization and responding to customers is something that is seen quite often. On their website, it is evident that Bose takes time and consideration in commenting on reviews that are seen as negative. They offer help and troubleshooting, even guiding the reviewers to links and phone numbers where they can be helped. If there is still a problem after that, Bose will get in contact and you can receive a new set of headphones if you wish. They comment on various social media platforms and try to stay engaged with their customers, whether they are supporters or individuals who have problems with their product. Their language and tone is always positive and helpful.
If I was the brand manager, I would implement several things in responding to customers. One of the first things that I would do is create a frame for response times. I think that responding in a timely manner is something that is very important because often times people reach out if they have already attempted what they think is all that they can do. I would have teams or maybe try to get AI involved to provide support. If more problems arise, then someone can speak with an individual. For simple problems, technology and AI could be a solution. Another thing that I would do is create a personalized approach. It never feels good when you just feel like a number, so being personable and responding with sincere solutions is something that is needed. I also think that it would be really cool to have a hashtag for people to use if they enjoy a certain product. I think that if Bose could share some of those photos/reviews and recognize loyal customers, it could be very successful.
I think that the thing that stood out to me most from this assignment is just how important social media and other channels are to a company's image and reputation. Through social media and interaction with customers, a company can market a product very successfully. If done successfully, a social marketing campaign for a product can create strong brand recognition and support.
